Construction of main equipment of middling coal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base Project started

Middling coal Yulin Coal Deep Processing Base Project (Chemical Industry Phase II Project) has a feasibility study estimated investment of 23.888 billion yuan. The main construction content is 2.2 million tons/year of methanol and 900000 tons/year of polyolefin. At the same time, the existing coal chemical phase I project will be optimized and upgraded, and a 250000 tons/year LDPE/EVA chain extension and supporting engineering project will be constructed. The main equipment of the project includes air separation, gasification, purification, sulfur recovery, methanol synthesis, MTO, olefin separation, 3 sets of polyolefins, and 1 set of EVA unit.

 

Sinopec

The BCE catalyst unit at the Tianjin New Materials Production Base of Sinopec Catalyst Co., Ltd. produced the first batch of catalyst, and all indicators met the qualified product standards. This is another successful feeding test run of the silver catalyst unit, following the successful segmented test run, achieving continuous and stable operation. At this point, the first two sets of devices tested in the Tianjin New Materials Production Base have all been successfully put into operation! The Tianjin New Materials Production Base Project of Catalyst Company is one of the 11 construction projects of Sinopec Tianjin Nangang High end New Materials Project Cluster. The first phase of the project covers an area of approximately 23.2 hectares, with a total of 7 new catalyst production lines built, including 1 silver catalyst production line with a production capacity of 1000 tons/year and 6 polyolefin catalyst production lines with a total production capacity of 650 tons/year.

 

New Biodegradable Materials, Element Driven Start of 30000 Tons PBX Project

The Element Intelligent Manufacturing Annual Production of 30000 tons of PBX Flexible Device Project is an important scientific and technological transformation project implemented by West Lake University in Hangzhou. It is the first project incubated by West Lake University's new quality productivity platform for public welfare. The project is expected to have a construction period of 18 months and will be completed and put into operation in December 2025. At that time, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 30000 tons of PBX flexible devices, injecting strong momentum into the field of biodegradable new materials.
