Application:

1. Brominated epoxy resin can be divided into three types according to molecular weight: low, medium and high. Low molecular weight is suitable for flame retardant ABS and HIPS, and high molecular weight is suitable for ABS/PC polymer, PBT and nylon 6, 66.

2. Brominated epoxy resin is also divided into EP type and EC type according to different end groups. Compared with EC type, EP type has better light fastness, but slightly lower bromine content, while the flame retardant ABS and HIPS of the latter have better impact strength.

3. The molecular weight range is 700-45000. Various resins with different molecular weight affect the physical properties, heat resistance, impact resistance, etc. of flame retardant plastics, so the appropriate molecular weight can be selected according to different flame retardant requirements.

4. 1200 － 4000 EC type is applicable to ABS and PP resin.

5. 8000-25000EP is applicable to PBT and PET.

6. 15000-5000EC is applicable to nylon 6, 66.
