Job description

1. Be responsible for the development and sales of new and old customers of the company, and complete the sales tasks assigned by the company;

2. Find potential customers and maintain long-term customers, timely and accurately understand customer information, grasp customer needs, and jointly develop customer follow-up plans;

3. Follow up with potential customers, improve sales efficiency, and realize greater transformation from sales opportunities to sales capacity;

4. Analyze market and industry development information, and propose constructive market expansion plans for the sales department;

5. Actively receive customers and show good professional quality and image;

6. Effectively maintain and develop customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and customer value, and establish long-term win-win customer cooperation;

7. Conduct good communication with customers, carry out business negotiation and other new customer development and business development work, sign orders, and recover relevant service payments.


Job requirements

1. College degree or above (experienced or excellent personnel with high school or technical secondary school degree or above), with strong interest in sales management;

2. More than 1 year working experience, with chemical background experience is preferred;

3. Age: 22-35 years old, with good features;

2. Be able to process business-related documents independently.

3. Be able to independently face and correctly complete business negotiation and contract submission.
