Characteristics: The product recrystallized from benzene is light yellow acicular crystal, with relative density of 1.50, melting point of 180 ℃, slightly soluble in benzene, dichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, acetone, ethanol, ether, etc. at room temperature, insoluble in water, ethyl acetate, gasoline and alkali. Application: This product is a universal accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and reclaimed rubber, which is easy to disperse in the rubber without pollution. Vulcanized rubber has excellent aging resistance, but articles in contact with vulcanized rubber are easy to have bitter taste, so it is not suitable for rubber products in contact with food. It can be used for manufacturing tires, rubber tubes, adhesive tapes, rubber tapes, general industrial rubber products, etc.

This product is usually combined with thiuram, dithiocarbamate, silica gel and guanidine accelerators to improve activity, and zinc oxide and stearic acid are required. Usually 1-2 parts.
